Rescue, Love, Foster, Adopt Pugs in New Mexico

At The Pug Ranch NM, our mission is to rescue and adopt pugs throughout New Mexico. We are a small rescue with a BIG heart. Tracy & Mike Weeks met through pugs and rescue as a labor of love with the only goal to help pugs in need. We also have a sanctuary in our home where we care for pugs who are not adoptable with special needs or hospice.  A Pug retirement home! 

We will adopt out of state, however you must travel here to adopt. We have a standard $300 adoption fee and all pugs adopted are spay/neutered, vaccinated, heart-worm tested, and microchipped. We rescue pugs of all ages find their happy furever homes. We have a pug community on our Facebook Page that you can follow.

If you are interested in adopting a pug, you can start by completing our Adoption Application. We try to match pugs with waiting Approved applicants. Pugs usually get adopted quickly and it changes rapidly with incoming & outgoing pugs. Therefore we don't always have a list of available pugs. First step is application. Then match with a pug if you are approved. We then set up a meet and greet with the pug and home visit prior to adoption.
